Tsecond Appoints Former U.S. Army CIO Raj Iyer to Lead Public Sector Expansion

Iyer brings more than 30 years of experience leading large-scale digital transformations at the intersection of defense, technology, and consulting. Notably, he served as the first Chief Information Officer of the United States Army, where he oversaw one of the largest IT modernization initiatives in federal history. Under his leadership, the Army advanced cybersecurity, improved infrastructure resilience, and enhanced mission readiness on a global scale.
