A KSWO 7News photographer who arrived shortly after authorities witnessed a body covered with a sheet, signaling that the individual had already succumbed to their injuries before medical intervention could take place. No details about the victim’s identity or age have been released as of Thursday morning.

Law enforcement has not confirmed whether any suspects have been identified or taken into custody. Officers remained on the scene for several hours, securing the area with police tape and speaking with potential witnesses in the neighborhood.
