Aaron Paul Puts Celebrity-Filled Los Feliz Mansion on the Market for Nearly $10 Million

Actor Aaron Paul has officially listed his Los Angeles estate, a historic Spanish-style home in the Los Feliz neighborhood, for $9.995 million. The luxury property, once owned by several A-list celebrities, is rich in character and architectural heritage, making it one of the most notable real estate listings in the area this season.

The three-bedroom, three-bathroom home sits on nearly 1.5 acres and features a blend of early 20th-century design and modern resort-style amenities. Originally built in 1922, the mansion was designed by acclaimed architect Stiles O. Clements, who also crafted Hollywood’s El Capitan Theatre. The estate is known as the Seyler House and has become a point of interest in Los Angeles real estate circles due to its celebrity ownership history and classic Spanish Revival architecture.

The list of previous owners reads like a who’s who of entertainment and sports, including The Batman star Robert Pattinson, It actor Tim Curry, former ER star Noah Wyle, NBA legend Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, cinematographer Robert Richardson, and The Big Bang Theory actor Jim Parsons.

Jenna Cooper of Compass, who is handling the listing, described the home as “a truly exceptional Los Feliz estate — timeless, transportive, and unforgettable.” She added, “Perched above the treetops on one of Los Feliz’s most storied streets is a rare architectural gem, a 1922 Spanish estate with major celebrity provenance, set behind gates on nearly 1.5 acres of exquisitely landscaped grounds.”

Beyond its Hollywood pedigree, the estate offers a secluded, retreat-like experience. Among its standout features are a free-form swimming pool, an outdoor amphitheater, a scenic fire pit, and a koi pond with cascading water features. The outdoor fireplace and cold plunge pool round out the resort-inspired layout, offering privacy and luxury within city limits.

“The resort-like grounds are a world of their own, with a free-form pool, cold plunge, amphitheater, outdoor fireplace, scenic fire pit, and meandering water features cascading toward a koi pond,” Cooper stated.

Paul, 45, is best known for his role as Jesse Pinkman in the AMC television series Breaking Bad. He and his wife, filmmaker Lauren Parsekian, have been active in the real estate market for several years. In 2019, the couple sold their West Hollywood property for around $2.2 million. In addition to their Los Angeles home, they also maintain a rustic, log cabin-style residence near McCall, Idaho, where Paul was born and raised.

The couple has two children, daughter Story Annabelle, born in 2018, and son Ryden Caspian, born in 2022. Parsekian shared the news of their son’s birth on social media, saying, “Ryden Caspian Paul. We’ve spent the last month getting acquainted with this little guy, and we couldn’t be more in love.” She also noted that Ryden’s name was inspired by one of the couple’s favorite artists, Mark Ryden. “Born on a full moon, he has such a gentle and knowing spirit. I’m so deeply thankful that he chose us to be a part of his journey,” she added.

Aaron Paul and Parsekian were married in Malibu in May 2013. Their wedding featured performances by singer-songwriter John Mayer and indie pop band Foster the People, offering a glimpse into the couple’s close connection with the entertainment industry.
