President Donald Trump will be in Pittsburgh today to attend a major energy and artificial intelligence (AI) summit at Carnegie Mellon University. The event, which aims to fuel job creation and technological leadership, will unveil tens of billions in new investment across Pennsylvania.

President Trump is scheduled to depart Washington, D.C., at 12:30 pm and arrive at the summit by 2:30 pm. Several members of his Cabinet will join him, including Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick, Interior Secretary Doug Burgum, Energy Secretary Chris Wright, Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Administrator Lee Zeldin, and AI and Crypto Advisor David Sacks.

Governor Josh Shapiro, a Democrat, is also set to appear. He will join a panel discussion on state investments, moderated by Dr. Neeli Bendapudi, President of Pennsylvania State University.
