Holland Farms Hits the Market for $2.17M with 75-Acre Farm and Event Venue

A 75-acre farm estate in Newberry, South Carolina, known as Holland Farms, has officially hit the market for $2.167 million. According to the listing, the entire tract can be purchased outright or subdivided into three smaller parcels of 18, 23, or 34 acres, an option already approved by the Newberry County Planning and Zoning Department.

Blending historic charm with modern functionality, the property includes a wedding venue, cattle pasture, two residences, and a well-equipped barn, offering a unique opportunity for investors or lifestyle buyers.

Located at 637 Belfast Road, the estate dates back to 1919. Today, it includes an 18-acre portion that has been developed into a functioning event and wedding venue, while another 22 acres are actively used for raising Black Angus cattle.

The estate has two single-family homes and a rustic barn outfitted with eight stalls, a tack room, and an office. Signature features inside the barn include three wagon wheel chandeliers and custom gates, while Priefert fencing adds both aesthetic and operational value. In commercial real estate, Colliers South Carolina reports that office vacancy rates in Columbia have dropped to 11.98%, the lowest since 2020. Much of the renewed leasing activity came from northeast Richland County, where more than 85,000 square feet of new leases were signed in the second quarter. The market continues to be influenced by limited inventory in the St. Andrews area, driving tenants toward newer Class A and B options along Interstate 77 and Interstate 20.

In local transactions, Colliers agents Mary Winter Teaster and Sydney Lanham represented both buyer and seller in the sale of 2725 Cypress Street to Brandon Davidson Interiors. The company, a well-established interior design firm in Columbia, plans to use the building as its new headquarters.
